Bianca is indeed Soule The Cat! This is how she looked before she went insane. With Sonic.exe's help, she can get back into her memories. Sadly, these are only mere memories, but Soule often cries herself to sleep, if she's alone. Sonic.exe is a very good friend of hers and they also seem to be a couple.
